Daniel was a knowledgeable mortgage broker who was able to answer my questions. It took a few weeks to go through the process. We signed up in November with Infinity and our refinance just settled mid Feb. Awaiting our strategy plan so keen to continue on our journey with the Infinity Group.

Daniel was highly effective in communicating the refinancing goal and a realistic strategy on how to achieve it, given the information available at that time. He explained, in further detail, the rapid repayment structure, demonstrating expertise on the subject matter. Discussions were focused and intentional, no time wasted, which resulted to a very quick turn-around. His emails were just as clear and intentional. Instructions/action steps were easy to follow, which allowed us to progress swiftly. Daniel (with Liam’s assistance) also managed the timelines very well, sending follow ups or text message when required. As a result, refinance was completed in about a month and a half from start of documentation, a huge accomplishment as this happened as we were approaching the calendar year-end, navigating thru busy schedules. We signed up with Infinity in late July after the Masterclass. Kristy and I were very inspired over the two-day class and we were adamant coming from our background and up bringing, that we were going to make the biggest change in our lives’ by paying down our mortgage and generating wealth. Daniel reached out immediately within a day or so to book in an initial consultation and kick-off what has become our financial journey. • Our first catchup was highly informative. Daniel was adamant that we could purchase an investment property with redrawing money from our mortgage as a deposit and cost. Additionally, with our current superannuation balances, Kristy and I could purchase an additional property via a combined SMSF setup. • So we ended up locking in two investment properties. Pivoting from this, Daniel and Liam started the process of undertaking the refinance with our current lender for the deposit and cost loan for our first investment property. As we have a variable portion/split of our mortgage and a fixed portion at 1.99% until October 2024 we decided to stay with our lender until that date. Our lender was difficult initially, but the team endured and pushed through to make it happen. A month ago, I reached out to Daniel asking for a catchup, as we have almost paid out our small variable loan split, and wanted to know what the strategy was moving forward into the new year. Daniel gave us a clear pathway forward leading up to the fixed portion of our mortgage expiring in October. He was very motivated with how much we have paid off our mortgage in the small timeframe we have been under his guidance and was very receptive to helping us purchase more investment properties later on in the year once we come off fixed. We are happy with being able to work with Daniel and the team at Infinity and our experience has been positive.
