Towards the end of the initial refinancing process a cheaper rate at an alternate bank became available. Despite having done a large amount of work to get us literally to the point of signing on the dotted line, Daniel found us the cheaper rate and recommended we consider the alternate bank which meant he had to start the process again for no added benefit to himself but at significant financial benefit to us. This level of service is above and beyond what I expected and greatly appreciated by us. I have happily recommended his services to family and friends and will be a long term client.
