Highly recommended. Daniel and his team have been great to work with and have gone above and beyond to help me through each step of applying for, being approved for and then drawing down each stage of my construction loan. Working through various hurdles with settlement, valuation of the land, and milestones with the builder has been a long process, but Lendium have been very diligent and worked back and forth between the bank and the builder to keep things moving smoothly - something that had I not had their assistance, I would have found extremely stressful and frustrating. Thankfully I've not needed to worry too much about it as I knew that Daniel and his team were on it. I wouldn't hesitate to work with Lendium again in future for other property purchases, and would thoroughly recommend them.
