Very knowledgeable and approachable

When we first contacted Daniel we weren't ready to buy our first property, but Daniel helped us set goals, he explained the process and gave us some great advice. Fast forward, when we actually started to look for a property, Daniel was there not only to negotiate a loan for us, but to guide us through the whole process of buying a house. He was very approachable, and answered all our questions (even on Saturday!). We felt very confident that he knows what he's doing and reassured us with his professionalism and friendliness. Whole process from start to finish was very fast and totally painless for us - we were dreading it for so long but Daniel made it so easy.
