I found David through a recommendation from a Real Estate agent. I tend to have little trust for real estate agents and went into the process thinking we'd use a mortgage broker tied to a firm who had done our financial plan. But like anything, I wanted to do due diligence and survey multiple options. I pursued two other mortgage brokers and spoke to about 10 banks in regards to our situation. David was incredibly helpful throughout our home buying experience. I'm not sure when he actually sleeps, but whenever we called or emailed, he always seemed to be available to quickly answer a question or share some additional information. He was quite frank about our options and what we can expect from each possible lender - the good and the bad - which we greatly appreciated. We ended up finding a house and closing with a 30-day settlement, and David was still able to comfortably push all the paperwork through without a hitch.
