David and the team have been incredible! The knowledge and personal approach has made us feel at ease throughout the process of securing a home loan. We never thought it would be a possibility to purchase a home while my partner wasn't a permanent resident and felt like life was on hold. As soon as we met David he took the time to listen to our circumstances and looked into options that could work us. Before we knew it we had pre-approval and the okay to go ahead and buy our home. David kept in touch throughout the search and gave us lots of advice when it came to submitting an offer. The whole finance and settlement process was a breeze and we feel so grateful that we had David and the Common Sense team there to handle everything. Without the connections and knowledge he has I can hands down say we would still be renting. I can't recommend David enough, he is a genuine person and makes a very daunting process smooth sailing.
