Our home loans were a bit tricky and required some outside-the-box thinking. Diana and her team worked overtime to make sure that we got the right home loan approval

Diana communicated in a very professional manner which was enabled by a high level of understanding of her industry. Diana is very approachable and clearly understood our requirements with respect to a somewhat complicated refinancing arrangement. I cannot speak too highly of Diana and the support staff at Loanport.

Diana was brilliant in helping me purchase my first home. I had so many questions yet no question was too big or too small. It felt so streamlined and effortless. She understands the market well and can cater for any situation.

The team were very professional. Diana made herself available on the weekends or my time frames to respond to all my questions. The process took a little longer than expected but the outcome was perfect.

A friend recommended Diana and we are so pleased we used her. It’s been a 2 year journey trying to find a place and she has stuck by us and has been nothing but supportive. She’s always been fast with communication and given us her time to explain everything. We have been so happy we used her - she really made it stress free or at least less stress than we had thought.

Diana has been very professional and communicated clearly throughout the loan application process. She was patient and always had the time, to explain anything I did not understand, more than once. It has been a stress free experience knowing that I was in good hands and with someone who knew what they were doing.
