Thorough assistance once again

This is the second time we've had Diana assist us with lending - the first was for the purchase of our home, and now she's helped us obtain an investment loan using the equity in that home. Diana is always very happy to go above and beyond, and spoke to us many times on the phone after we called her with questions about the process and for updates. She got us a better interest rate than we had previously, and the loan was approved very quickly! Thanks again, Diana!
