Don was great and extremely helpful from start to finish of the purchase process. The banks during financing were making things difficult and taking super long but don was great with communicating to the bank and myself. I had tried using other brokers prior to don however none of them could get me what I wanted so I couldn’t have done it without him. Highly recommend.
Don was brilliant to deal with. He was in regular communication with us all the way through the process of our offer, obtaining finance and settlement. The period of obtaining finance from the bank was long and difficult and Don had great knowledge of this process. He was very patient and understanding; liaising with the bank to get it done soonest.
