When I first contacted Fabio I was in desperate need of someone to turn things around as quickly as possible for me. I had a loan that needed to be approved and it was already on extension. Long story short - Before Fabio, I had a broker that had no duty of care when it came to my needs. Casually touched base with Fabio / Simply Finance to help me understand the home loan process, and accidently committed to purchasing my first property before all the appropriate approvals were in place. Cool as a cucumber under the sudden pressure, the team hustled to find me a great deal and made an active effort to ensure I was comprehending all the details (initially I would not have been able to tell you the difference between a solicitor and a broker.... my general knowledge was non-existent!). Fabio and the team at Simplify Finance made the whole process run smoothly. My husband and I are both self-employed and therefore not ideal loan candidates for the big banks. Fabio worked really hard to get us the finance we needed to purchase our dream home. All of the team at Simplify Finance were then very thorough over the following weeks and even called just to congratulate us on settlement day.
