Faraz was great to deal with from start to finish with helping us get our first home and other loans. Without his help it would not have been possible. his communication and dedication is outstanding, we truly felt like he cared for us and had our best interests at heart
Faraz is a true gem. Professional and supportive from start to finish and beyond. It has been a pleasure working with him to reach my goal of financing and purchasing my first home. Our first over the phone chat set me on the path to where I am today, a proud home owner. His kind, patient, non judgemental and encouraging manner guided me from thinking I was far away from being able to purchase a property, to teaching me about home loans, securing a competitive and manageable loan and sharing in the excitement of purchasing my home. Thanks Faraz, I'll be forever grateful for the help and service you provided for me.

Faraz has been a true delight to work with. As a first home buyer navigating the Australian home market for the first time, Faraz was extremely patient in explaining every detail and addressing my multiple queries. He was so easy to work with and managed to get my loan preapproved and then approved speedily! He was highly proactive and responsive, and updated me on the process each step of the way. Would highly recommend.
As first time buyers, we are really thankful to have Faraz guide us through the entire process seamlessly. He is professional, always reachable on the phone, very prompt with answering our queries and processing our documents. He has good knowledge of the property market and bank terms and conditions so he’s able to give us good advice on what to do. We were always updated at every step and on the next step. We started in September and by December everything was settled. Absolutely no delays!
