I've had the pleasure of working with George on two separate occassions for a construction loan and refinancing. I've worked with George for around 10 years and have built our investment portfolio with him as well as navigating purchasing a farm. George has always been able to look at tricky applications in a more constructive way than anyone I had encountered in the industry before and see the solutions, not just the problems and putting it into the "too hard basket". George has also been proactive with our accounts and if he sees an option to negotiate for a better deal, he lets us know, which has worked out fantastically for us over the years. He is extremely communicative and very quick with his responses and super friendly regardless of how stupid my question might have been! I have recommended him to everyone I came across who is wanting to buy or refinance and he's been great with all of them from easy ones to home renovators, self employed and the "no so tech savy" folks.
George Pain worked really hard to get us the right mortgage deal, despite us having a number off very specific requirements. We always use George for our financing / re-financing. George goes out of his way to make it an easy process for us and is 100% successful in obtaining exactly what we require. Our recent refinance to a new bank was a bit challenging I am sure due to our 50,000 questions which George was happy (and very patiently may I add) to answer.
