Fortunately, George (Zakher) had been recommended to us, and he was incredible throughout - highly professional, friendly and approachable. George guided us through the whole process, from start to finish, providing a wealth of knowledge and experience that was very much needed. No question was too silly. No request was too much. George outlined our borrowing capacity, the details behind it, the various lenders on the table and broke it down in a way we could easily understand. He provided market analysis and breakdowns of the Eastern Suburbs & Inner West as well as any other area we were looking at, including what properties had sold for, so we could get a good understanding of the market landscape.
