I will like to explain that my Loan process was not easy with the inclusions such as tainted credit, caveats, dealing with various lawyers. Giorgio was the broker that never seemed to give up, always coming in with a solution when a hurdle arose. He constantly kept all parties updated and remained very calm, positive as well as motivated me when I needed to do my part of finding documents. He really did not stop until loan settlement was complete.
