I’d never used a mortgage broker before and was nervous about it but Glenn guided us through the whole process from looking at properties to finally buying one. He was always at the end of the phone to help at any time with all the legal and banking information. I honestly don’t know how we’d have done it without him. Glenn is a kind and empathetic man who immediately alleviates all your worries answering questions or finding the answers out for you. He liaised with our conveyancer and the bank through the whole process and kept me on track if I’d forgotten to do something or informing us of how the process was proceeding. I couldn’t recommend him enough he was superb at his job and a kind voice in times of stress.
