Ryan was very knowledgeable about which financial institutions still provided SMSF loans, what the Financial Institutions required from us as-well. It helps when the person who is organising these services has walked the walk not just someone who’s been shown it on paper. Ryan was extremely responsive and most times told us what the next step would entail and what paperwork or proof we should get ready. This made the process easy in that sense however we made him run to every deadline the government threw our way as this was a VERY last minute ditched attempt to purchase in our SMSF and we did it.
