Kirsty was amazing in helping me with my first home loan experience. She provided me with constant summarised updates to any formal emails from the bank, builder, solicitors and the vendor. She is always extremely quick at replying to emails and always went a step further than simply identifying a new step or process. Kirsty continued to provide excellent help even during the process of her switching employers and while now settled and working for a new company she is still looking after me.
