Kirsty was extremely professional and personable through out the whole process, no question was a stupid question and the communication lines were always open which is very important when you are purchasing a home with such a strong emotional connection. Kirsty went above and beyond to make sure everything was checked and submitted correctly and that we understood every step of the way. I highly recommend her services.

Kirsty was excellent is all aspects, she does not muck about at all! Get's stuff done very efficiently. My career has myself working away for long periods of time with little chances for meetings or phone calls due to the nature of my work however Kirsty made the time to work around me with some late night and early morning calls, emails or meetings to get this all across the line.
