Kirsty has been nothing but helpful, informative and friendly the entire time we have dealt with her, which had been over six months while we were investigating refinancing for a renovation just before the covid crisis hit, and during it. She was always prompt with her replies and helpful for all questions we had. She was happy to give us options and discuss pro's and cons for all options and ideas we had. WOW this was a lot harder to get across the line because of COVID19 . Kirsty was & still is great . CBA bank closed up borrowing when the second covid round hit. We had to do a lot more to get across the line .Kirsty never gave up and chassed down every step . I love to use her again ( but I think the bank wont lend me any more money) .
