Zain made everything come together and made everything simple to understand. I would say his big asset is communication. Zain and his team made the impossible possible! I guess a lot of agents can help you make a simple house purchase, but for us it was very tricky with my husband being on a bridging visa. Another agent offered us a deal with a 5.8% interest rate and impossible conditions. Zain was able to find a great solution out of the box and we were lucky to purchase our dream home. Even when we went from asking for a pre-approval to suddenly finding a house we wanted, Zain's team changed directions and organised everything as quick as possible. We had no idea about anything regarding a house purchase and we did not need to worry about a thing. We were guided through every step, including finding the cheapest insurance and a fantastic conveyancer, where to sign the papers and what type of account to open where. We were kept up to date almost daily and every question or worry was addressed promptly. I'd give this team a 10 star rating. There is no way we would be home owners without Zep finance.

Not being at all computer or finance competent, Zain and his team were very patient and helpful with there advise and help which was very much appreciated , with all our dealings bar one were done by phone or email as we live in central NSW ,everything was explained from either Zain Emma or Lisa .
