Self employment is a difficult path to tread when looking at gaining finance for anything. From our initial conversations I knew George was the exact person to trust, he listened to what we needed and mapped out a path forward that was clear and concise. He waitd patiently for us to be ready and then as soon as we were, got straight to work. To be honest I knew he was the right person way before our initial conversation because he has been a client of mine in the past and I picked up straight away he was honest and trustworthy and has a keen eye and a drive to achieve the best possible outcomes. A man of his word, he knows his industry well and I would happily recommend George and the team at Astute to anyone looking for a pain free and seamless experience, because that's exactly what we had.

Let's just say I don't make life easy for George but he always rises to the challenge and creates miracles for me. If you are looking for a broker who works hard for you and provides great advice - George is your person. The Business Manager Natasha has been fabulous too. Thank you so much George and Natasha for everything you have done, you are a great team to work with.

This is the second time I've used George for my mortgage. George and Natasha were incredibly responsive, available to answer my questions and ensured everything was processed efficiently. 10 out of 10 would recommend.

We cannot recommend George from Astute enough. He was initially highly recommended to us by a friend and we are so grateful for that. George made the whole experience so seamless while informing us of all of our choices and outcomes throughout the whole process so we felt confident to make decisions. We managed to secure our dream property and honestly couldn’t have dreamt that without George’s advice and number crunching. We will only ever use Astute from now on - and will continue the trend of highly recommending George to everyone we know!

Approved home loan!!!!! After near giving up on our opportunity to buy a rural farm and being told it wasn’t possible by 6 different brokers because the farm was too big/rural and we were self employed, George and his team were able to secure us a Tailored home loan within only a couple of weeks after first contact. If you’re looking for a team that will put your best interests first, a straight up approach and have amazing communication, look no further! We can not recommend astute enough to everyone and wish we had come to George first to Save a year of stress and disappointment. Thank you once again!

Very happy with George’s assistance with our recent finance. George is very responsive and patient when answering any number of queries. Highly recommend!

George and his team are awesome, they do what they say they are going to do in a timely manor and everything runs smoothly. I could not fault their service and results.

Once again an absolute pleasure working with George and the team. Always professional and timely and every interaction is pleasant. George understands busy people and ensures that all communications are succinct and on point meaning I can deliver on loan requirements without having to set aside additional time in my day to do so. Keep up the great work George and see you again soon :)

We had a bit of a tricky situation and George not only managed to help us with our needs but his ability to think outside the box has put us in a better position then we originally thought possible. The whole team is professional and efficient. Could not recommend more.

George and the team at Astute were fantastic to deal with and found us a great loan for refinancing and buying another property. George made the whole process seamless, communicated well and always picked up the phone or replied to emails when we had questions. Always very professional and offering the right advise. This is the fourth time I have teamed up with George for buying property and will definitely return if we need to review our loan or buy another home again.

A Huge thank you to George and Natasha for their help and amazing service with the purchase of another property. Their communication throughout the process was outstanding. We have used George for about 10 years with our mortgage needs and he never disappoints, always willing to go the extra mile in making everything as simple as possible. We would highly recommend George! Thank you again Janet

From the very beginning, George made my lending experience both enjoyable and straightforward. He came to my home for our initial meeting and thoroughly explained my borrowing options and potential future steps. His extensive market knowledge introduced me to several new possibilities for purchasing that I hadn't considered. George presented me with multiple scenarios, allowing me ample time to reflect and make an informed decision on how to proceed. Once I made my choice, George was readily available to assist me in completing all the necessary paperwork to start the process. George made my lending experience as stress-free as possible by being readily available to answer any questions I had, even on weekends. He consistently kept me informed about the progress of my loan through regular emails and calls. If George was not available, his assistant Max seamlessly took over. I am incredibly grateful to both George and Max for their professional guidance and helpful advice throughout this process, and I am now a proud homeowner. I also greatly appreciate their ongoing support in maintaining my loan and will seek their help in the future when needed. I will highly recommend George to all my family and friends who seek lending advice or future lending. Thank you, George and Max, for making my dream a reality!
