We had paid the deposit for our first off the plan apartment and we reached out to Bipin dai when our sales agent asked to start the bank loan process. Our situation was one of the kind as we had to process the loan with one income and I was on maternity leave (which means I had dependant). We had a very slim chance of getting the loan approved. Bipin dai and the team are very knowledgeable and efficient, and have been supportive through out the process. He is very thorough and was quick to flag the issues we had. There were so many phone consultations, emails and contacts to many banks. I was on the phone to him out of the business hours and even when he was abroad spending time with family. He was able to answer the myriad of questions (I am sure many were stupid ones) and provide guidance which best suited our situation.
