Greg was very approachable and always willing to take our calls. He explained everything in terms we could understand and if there was any confusion, he would always ensure we fully understood the issue at all times. If we asked for more info, or why something was the way it was, he would answer our concerns and assisted us in making the decision that best suited us. There was never any pressure or push to pick one lender over another and the advantages and/or disadvantages of each one were explained well.
