This was our second time buying a home, after accessing Kara's services to buy our first home in 2021. Kara was the first person we spoke to when we started considering that we needed a bigger house after having a couple of kids. What is great about Kara is that she really knows how to explain every part of the house buying and selling processes in easy to understand language. Theres no such thing as a silly question with Kara and shes so patient. She is also great at making sure everything is kept realistic and financially viable - i never feel like im out of my depth when dealing with her. And then when everything actually gets going, she is still so responsive and helpful and everything gets processed so lightning fast. Cannot rate Kara highly enough, thanks to her we not only got our first home, but now we have our forever home for us and our kids.
