This review for loan refinance complements the original review from 2022. Faraz has been very approachable, almost like my personal financial advisor, from the initial loan setup in 2022. Top Finance Specialist team is always watching the financial market trends very closely for any fluctuations and looking for opportunities within those that benefit the customer, without even having to ask. The team reviews the current loan structure on a 3-6 month basis, compares it with a better product currently out there, then either negotiates a best deal with current financial provider or presents a more viable option through another provider with option to switch over and save on a longer term basis. These savings are in addition to the RBA slash market rates available to general public. From the perspective of the process, its seamless with digital ID verification and documentation signing and very fast turnaround time, mostly taken care of between Faraz and the financial provider with minimal involvement and without much hassle.
