Huge thanks to the amazing team at Birdie Wealth & Birdie Conveyancing with the recent sale & purchase of our new home. Everyone involved were absolutely outstanding with particular thanks to Amanda (Birdie Wealth) who was always on hand to offer advice and answer my many questions. Kylie & her conveyancing team who were instrumental in navigating me through seamlessly till settlement. I cannot rate them highly enough. My family and I are grateful for all their hard work and I cannot recommend them highly enough.

Nat helped us from start to finish with our application. She was prompt in all her responses, explained everything we did not understand and came up with solutions and suggestions to any problems or queries we encountered.

Natalie's determination & hard work to get the loan over the line. She went above & beyond to get the loan approved. I really appreciated her hard work & determination.

Nat and her team (Kate and Tanya) assisted my partner and I through the purchase of our first property. Throughout the process they were knowledgeable, patient and comforting, as we tried and failed a few times to purchase. They are concise with all of the paper work that needs to be completed and will push (where possible) to gain pre approval so if the property that you wish to purchase is hopefully your property. I honestly couldn't recommend Birdie enough with Nat, Tanya and Kate being so helpful. If anyone of my family or friends were looking to purchase or refinance I would point them solely in the direction of Birdie.

Nat and the team where so helpful in assisting us purchase our first home! They were extremely proactive with keeping us informed and made the whole experience as simple as it can be. I would definitely recommend Birdie Wealth to anyone looking to purchase :)

Buying your first home can be scary and there is so much we didn’t know! Working with Natalie and her team made this process SO much more smooth and enjoyable. We constantly had guidance and support when we needed which put us at ease - thank you!!!

Natalie provided us with the knowledge, information and a plan to achieve our goal. She walked us through the whole process, was available and provided ongoing communication. Everything went smoothly, as per plan and we achieved our goal within the timeframe promised.

Me and my partner were new to the market and didn't know where to begin. Once we got in touch with Natalie and began the process of buying a property, the service and information we received was incredible from day one. Natalie was extremely helpful the whole way through, and we learnt so much!

Natalie, Amanda and Sharlene have been wonderful in handling the refinancing of my mortgage. They’re extremely professional, down to earth, easy to understand, explain things and have great communication, keeping me updated with each step of the process and responding to my questions quickly. I’d highly recommend Natalie and her team. Thank you for everything Nat, Amanda & Sharlene!

My husband and I could not be happier with Birdie Wealth. Who loves to refinance!?! It's just one of those tasks that sometimes is a bad experience and want to forget. Not this family!!! From the 1st email to signing to documents. I love all the effort and thought that has gone into the clear and understandable presentation. The catchy play on words “The Aviary” (Come On!!! Love it!!) It has been an absolute pleasure to deal with Natalie Denyer and her AMAZING Team!!! Natalie has so much to offer with experience, knowledge, guidance and understanding from a family point of view. So having an amazing team next to you, supporting customers during a stressful time of refinancing, is one of the hardest jobs. To keep a smile on your face (even through emails), answering stupid questions ( I asked a few!!) , rude, stressed out, paperwork to your eyeballs (not me) and to do all this and make it so streamline and quick that my husband and I, not once had a fight over anything Birdie Wealth requested. “Choosing paint colours will be an interesting topic – soon to be had in this house! “ (Ah look there’s a topic for The Aviary – your welcome!) To the best ‘chicks’ Tanya, Lei and Kate. Evan and I thank you for all your hard work you do that sometimes can go unnoticed. If it wasn’t for you guys calling, emailing, chasing up (repeat). None of this would happen so streamline for customers and I know that Natalie loves her ‘chicks’ so again THANK YOU!!!!! We look forward to doing business in the future with Natalie, her ’chicks’ and Birdie Wealth.

Nat was a pleased to deal with over a 12 month period while our house was built. Proactive and knowledgeable, her team was also extremely helpful in the arrangement of our finances.
