Richard is a dream weaver! Seriously, he made the process of getting a new loan and re-financing an absolute breeze. I needed to ring my "personal manager" at a bank 4 times regarding applying for a new loan, and still didn't get a response. In frustration I rang Richard, he answered personally within 3 rings. I told him what I needed and he got onto it straight away. I was able to successfully bid on our dream home with confidence knowing what our limit was, and what our repayments would look like (with interest rates much lower than with my existing bank). This all happened very quickly, with our target home going to auction in three weeks. Richard was with my wife and I every step of the way, keeping us updated of what was needed, and where we were at in terms of approvals. A message to anyone out there thinking of re-financing or borrowing; don't speak with your bank, or if you do, at least compare how much better off you would be either switching providers, or having someone with more influence going in to bat for you. Speak with Richard, he'll get a great deal for you and will make sure you are clear and comfortable with your commitments. He'll be upfront and honest. By the way, my "personal manager" returned my call after he received the discharge of mortgage documents. He wanted to know if there's anything he could help with........
