We recently utilised Birdie’s support to upsize our family home. It was quite a complex exercise to sell shares from 4 different brokers, close down 3 existing loans and move away from an online lender. At times we were concerned about not meeting settlement due to the pace of our prior lender and so thankfully Birdie helped with some non-standard steps to achieve settlement.
