Skye, Angela and Nathan checked in on us multiple times over our 12 month search for our property. When we finally found our house they worked quickly so we could move the settlement forward and made sure everything was ready for settlement day. We had to be pre approved a number of times over the period and swapped our finance around a few times due to changing circumstances and nothing was ever a problem. Highly recommend!
Refinanced my mortgage with Birdie Wealth. Initially dealt with Nathan who explained the process to me thoroughly. I was always under the impression that refinancing was difficult, time consuming and stressful. I couldn't have been more wrong. After speaking to Nathan I actually saw it as quite a simple process. After Nathan took the time to understand my personal needs and financial situation he provided me with all my options, answering any questions I had. Angela and Carley from the Birdie Wealth team then took over the application process. They not only were in contact via email, but also rang me to clarify if I had any further questions and also to advise of the status of the application. Even throughout certain stages whilst waiting to hear bank from the bank both Angela and Carley still contacted me to let me know that I wasn't forgotten and that everything from their end was perfect, but sometimes banks take their time, but there was nothing to concern me. Once the application was approved a couple of quick signatures and the process was complete. I received personal correspondence from Nathan congratulating me on the successful approval of my new loan. Even after my new loan has commenced I know that Birdie Wealth are happy to still answer any questions I have. Could not recommend Birdie Wealth enough.
