Daniel was fantastic with our recent refinance. Extremely professional, provided thorough details for any questions we had and hunted around extensively for the best rate/options for us. He went above and beyond negotiating the best rates with the banks and we ended up with a rate much better than anything quoted to me directly by the banks and credit unions. I won’t ever waste my time negotiating directly with banks again. In terms of follow up, the bank of choice asked for excessive amounts of information from us and Daniel helped us navigate what was required and what the banks were actually looking for, saving a lot of rework and 2nd/3rd submissions. Daniel kept us updated all the way through the process, even after settlement. I’ll be using Daniel for all my future loan needs and recommending him to friends and family too.
