As first home buyers, Laszlo was incredible in helping us understand the complex and daunting process of buying property and getting a home loan. He provided a detailed overview of the different types of loans, gave us realistic expectations on what our requirements we be for various borrowing amounts, and what form of Government assistance may be available. Laszlo was incredibly responsive when we were in the process of putting offers on houses. He provided sound advice to ensure we were making the most competitive offer we could based on the resources we had available, and which bank would provide us the best rates at different price points. Once our offer was accepted, the loan application process went through seamlessly with Laszlo answering any and all questions we had, both about the loan itself and the home buying process more broadly. On top of the above, Laszlo is an incredibly nice guy and super easy to talk to which made what could be a stressful process easy to navigate.
