I have been dealing with Peter since April 2009. I approached Peter to advise me if it would be possible to purchase a second property as an investment. I did not think I would be in a position to be able to do this, but he made it possible. I was nervous taking this step, but he talked me through it and explained everything. He was never pushy in trying to sell me a package, he was happy to go with a lender of my choice, if I desired. I keep in contact with Peter on a regular basis and he is always happy to answer any questions I have regarding my mortgages. I cannot rate Peter highly enough and will be in touch with him next year to look at re-financing or re-evaluating my mortgages.

Peter always goes that extra mile to help his clients. His friendly, open and professional manner puts you at ease at a time that could be stressful. Despite trying very hard to provide a service he is also very frank about what can be done. If it is not going to benefit you he will say so and not let you get in deeper than you are comfortable.
