We thought using a broker would accelerate the remortgaging process but we had the opposite experience. Mistakes were made on documents which made the whole process very slow and the mortgage that was eventually set up is not what we requested (e.g. payment cycle is incorrect).
Kate and team had all of the key areas covered. They manage to find the best possible mortgage and execute it in a tight timeframe (for our level of complexity). They have a very open communication and able to serve your needs. I would highly recommend them for brokering needs.
