This is the second time we have used Josh at Bricks & Mortgage, The second experience for us was for our build loan, We had a chance to stick with our existing bank at the time but had some great feedback from Josh around his knowledge of the industry and him possibly being able to do something better then what was current with our bank at the time. Again Josh came back to us quickly with some more new banks and options that would help us save and put us in a great space for the upcoming interest rates rises, and thanks to this we found a bigger bank with better interest rates which also prevented us from putting in more savings money to add to the deposit to get over the line, now we have extra savings for after the build because of the professional help Josh and his team provided. Josh, my wife and i can not thank you enough for the hard work you have put into helping us accomplish building our forever dream home and i know we did not help the situation with constant phone calls and many silly questions we had for you even after hours.
