I initially thought the road of getting a home loan would be a long and winding one that would lead to a dead end but that was far from the truth. Maybe it was difficult to get our case across the line given our circumstance but it was literally a straight forward process for us. I know it was too hard for the last broker days beforehand. With Xavier there was the expectated conversations made and documentation placed. Next minute I'm picking up my order quicker than a drive-through takeaway restaurant. Meaning, I met Xavier once to sign paperwork. Now that's what I call too easy! And you can take that to the bank as well!

From the very first phone call with Xavier I was greeted with not only charming manners, I received an underlying sense of care for my family and I. We then met Him in person and were not surprised to be addressed with a down to earth in nature personality and with a solid background knowledge of his profession. The advice he offered was following a fully attentive understanding of our life and situations and personal goals. We were grateful with all of his extended hours of work (having even called back and forth to hear our ideas and have discussions on his weekend and holiday time) and which followed up with the full team at his company, especially Letitia, assisting above and beyond what would be BAU for most brokers. After meeting & talking to enough brokers to start a small army there was only one who truly felt like they cared for my end goals and had a true passion for what they did. Xavier has been nothing but helpful with a genuine drive to help and get the best result for me and my situation.
