As I’m on a 491 visa finding a home loan was an absolute mission. Most others brokers offered me one choice and the rates were very high. So when I approached Xavier he was very quick with a response and once I sent through the required information I had an answer quick with not 1 but 3 possible lenders. As I haven’t had any debt I was worried about my credit score, he was able to re assure me that there were options that are viable. I had the pleasure of dealing with Letitia, she was the lady In charge of putting my loan in and watching over it. She was always quick to respond and happy to help in anyway possible. The whole process on the whole was quick and efficient and I would highly recommend them, especially if you have worries about purchasing a property whilst on a visa.
