Adrian was an amazing broker in my experience that was purchasing my investment property. He was so helpful throughout the process and i would go as far as saying he went above and beyond to support my venture. There were a lot of troubleshooting errors from my end (not Adrians), issues with the conveyancer, the buyers agent, missing documentation it felt as though everything that could go wrong went wrong however he took it in his stride and gave me tremendous confidence that there was light at the end of the tunnel. It has been years since I was approved for my loans but Adrian is still in constant communication, with rate updates, rate requesition requests and even surprise birthday messages which I think is a lovely human element. I have never met Adrian in person, all of our dealings have been via phone, email, fax thank goodness we don't require carrier pigeons. As a young woman during the process of buying a property, I can honestly say that 90% of people during the process were arrogent and patronising which was such a a deterant for me to continue with the process, however; Adrian was so incredibly supportive and was always in my corner.
