When I was completing my tax return, my tax agent suggested I could be accessing a better interest rate on both our home loan and our investment property. He put us in contact with Belinda and I have to say the process was extremely easy. Belinda sent me email requests for all the documentation that was required and liaised directly with the bank for their needs and then the loans were processed and we are now happily with a new bank.
