Hansi was amazing. My wife and i could not have ever hoped for such a smooth experience. We previously explored 6 months prior with another broker to see our pre approval options. They were slow, taking up to a week to reply to calls/emails. No real options presented and we constantly had to remind them of our details etc. So we ended up just saving a bit more as was all too stressful and overwhelming. Then we wanted to try again and came to Hansi. How lucky we were! Hansi was so helpful, caring and really went through all options, explaining it in different ways and also truely cared about our financial goals. Honestly having Hansi was truly like your best friend helping you every step of the way.
