It was my first property purchase and I had no idea from where to start. Albi handled everything himself for me. He just asks for the documents needed and the rest is in his hands. He does not rush you into things...always with a smile on his face, he explains in detail, walks you through each and every step and even give professional advice in my favor ( not his). He dealt with the bank and with the conveyancer to ensure that all the process runs smoothly from beginning to end. But the most important thing that I really appreciated was that he was reachable in each and every way. Sent emails, messages and even phone calls to discuss things easier and to clear any queries there and then. If only I had more money, I would not hesitate a bit to do further business with this guy again. But in the meantime, I highly recommend his service and all his team. Albi went beyond what I was expecting. Not only did he get me a larger loan for our renovation, but my repayments are over $300 less a month. This is brilliant news with interest rates on the rise.
