Prior to working with Greenline I had a belief that working with a broker is slow tedious process. I have worked with 3 other brokers in the past and I feel very fortunate to have been able to get my loans approved with Thaer, in a quick and timely manner. Already having a couple loans, I needed someone with the skill set to get the job done. I initially sort out Greenline because no other broker could get the job done. They were either too slow, or lacked the know-how to structure loan applications effectively. Other brokers I worked with "needed a few weeks" to "crunch the numbers", "waiting to hear back from the banks", "we need your bank statement for x account" (when I lodged all my documents with them weeks ago!), "You have HECS, it won't work", "I need to talk to the tooth fairy...". A couple weeks later I had conditional approval (a plan to eliminate my HECS debt), followed by a formal approval another week later.
