I was trying to refinance my SMSF home loan and kept hitting walls with all of the major banks. Thaer and his team made what the banks put in the 'to hard' basket a breeze and guided me step by step through the process ultimately saving me a total of 3% interest every month! I could not be more happy with the result.
I was very pleased with the service provided. The staff were friendly, easy to work with and very responsive. Although I get overwhelmed providing brokers with documents, here the process was made simple and clear. As a result we got the loan quickly. We would use them again for sure!
