We had no clue on what to do when we had purchased the property but Kris managed to get us through the tense phase smoothly and calmly. He not only helped us secure loan with the bank but also helped us dealing with real estate agent of the vendor . He is very knowledgeable and also help you out with things you may not have been aware of. Something that brings you confidence as well as reduces your stress.
