We are a young couple and wanted to get on the market as soon as we could as things were just getting more expensive. This is where we needed help and we signed up with Infinity, as they seemed the best in what they do. As we did not own a house yet, a lot of the member meetings were interesting but did not really apply to us as of yet. It took us a while to know who to ask questions to and what we would afford to get onto the market. We had a rocky road trying to get on the market. Us both being foreigners we did not have many options. We only had one bank that could offer us a loan due to not being Australian Citizens. We then also had only one valuation that came in low, which meant we needed to take it as we could not go with any other bank, We got a property through Infinity in December 2022, 8 months after we signed up with Infinity. Unfortunately, it took the land another 8 months to finally be registered. This happens and is out of control of the Infinity team, we do wish we would have a bit more communication around what was happening, we had to chase up a bit. Now that the build has started it is going very quickly and we are excited to see the emails come through about stages finalizing and the house being build. Communication from the Infinity construction team has been good, and we like having a relationship manager where we just have the one contact person, we can ask questions. We are happy we signed up with Infinity, we would like to spend some 1:1 with Graham though to really know what our best steps should be in the future. We have not received a personalized plan as of yet around rapid repay and how to build our portfolio with more properties, but this will likely start a bit more once we get our first home :)
