My broker was helpful and patient. He was easy to work with and presentedthe information in a concise way. Not sure what I was expecting but had thought the rates would be slightly better through infinity. Also, I guess I'm not your classic student where you can save $20k out of the gate since I had zero bad debt. So far I've saved $400-$500 but that mostky results from moving funds all under the loan and the insurance paying out to make that a better number. Horribly the bank increased my new interest rate before the tsf settled and again before the 1st payment even came through. Not happy about that. I do appreciate the team though and like the interaction with the coaches.
