When Graeme and his crew suggested we remortgage part of our owner occupier home to invest in an investment property, it’s fair to say my wife and I were more than a little apprehensive. I've got to admit, I signed up hesitantly... I've been burned with another property investment & broker firm in the past. So this time around, the control freak in me was most certainly screaming...waiting for the f**kening. But, what can I say...G and his team have made the whole process super easy.
