We used the Infinity team to refinance our home loan. It’s great to have the process completed and we’ve been able to save a lot of money, however the process took longer than expected (this is partly due to delays on our side, partly due to our broker not really explaining things clearly) and we weren’t happy with the lack of communication from a certain member of the Infinity team.
