Our experience with Graeme and the fam at Infinity have been absolutely fantastic! Graeme and his team took the time to get to know us, our financial situation and what our goals are. I had need for family reasons to move from PPR and establish closer to children's school to be able to better manage home-school logistics. I am limited in my borrowing capacity due to paying child support and all equity being in current PPR. Graeme's team and in particular Stephen Cook were able to select a suitable product which was better rates than my long-term lender could offer and providing interest-only loan product which made purchase more affordable compared to similar rentals which would cost around $350/week more in difference between rental and mortgage repayments. There was a lot of questions from lender regarding financial separation arrangements which required significant last minute effort to secure the loan which Graeme's team was able to use contacts to escalate resolution of the loan approval. Still, it took every bit of nearly 5 weeks which was allowed for settlement. However it has now settled and I can focus on selling my old PPR and then pay down current loan, which loan product allows to do. Assistance with serviceability calculations was helpful to know the budget I could afford for a loan and enabled me to place an offer with confidence prior to loan being approved. Graeme's team has many service offerings and can tailor advice to individual circumstances. Discussions with Graeme helped clarify what was best course of action for my circumstances which were complicated due to financial separation . Graeme and his team have drive, knowledge and are able to provide advice in a manner which was easy to understand. All in all I am very satisfied with services provided.
So far its been very good customer service with providing mortgage and organizing our portfolio. Team has been very professional and has assisted to start with process to pay our Mortgage sooner than normal years.
