For over two decade we had multiple mortgage. All managed through a major bank . Managing all banking needs through one bank was convenient though we knew it was coming at a higher cost for us . My partner being a Sr. Officer of the bank helped . Never ever thought of switching either bank or taking the mortgage to another bank . Because , convenience was the priority . However , when Johnny approached us we took little interest . However , he was persistent . He came up with an offer that was so much better than our the then bank .
