6 star all round for Geoff’s help on getting my third purchase across the line. Initially (via another broker at a different agency) I was declined my third purchase and was only able to complete a 50% equity extraction on my current properties, which was not my goal and certainly not something to celebrate. However I was put in touch with Geoff at the strategic brokers agency to try again for my third purchase. I couldn’t be happier. Geoff was not only able to extract almost 100% of my current equity and therefor opening the door and allowing me to receive pre approval for my third purchase (just in time of Christmas)! My situation was very complex and provided geoff and myself with many hurdles, such as 7 consecutive rate rise increases, which almost made it impossible to obtain pre-approval. Having the help of Geoff’s knowledge and the clever strategy’s suggested / implemented along the way with 100% guidance got me access the line, with complete clarity around what we were trying to achieve. Having my own business that had been operating for less than two full financial years (heavily, affected by Covid as well) made it difficult to say the least, however there are other options out there to help small business owners build a property portfolio - you just need a very good team around you.. I would highly recommend (and in fact already have) Geoff’s service to friends and family.
