I have used Geoff several times now in refinancing and purchasing an investment. He never rests to get the best results. Early mornings, late at night and weekends. The man is a financing machine. Honest. Incredibly savvy. Highly recommend. Thanks Geoff but but please get some rest!

Geoff is the most knowledgeable broker I have come across. He takes calls at any time of the day, on weekends and explains the process at length and makes it simple. Would recommend Geoff for anyone looking to get the most out of their mortgage.

Very informative and explore all the options that best suit my interest. Definitely recommend.

I definetely recommend Geoff Lai if you need a broker, he's amazing. He will go the extra mile for you, he is fast efficient, knowledgable and will always return your call and answer any questions you may have. I can't thank Geoff enough for all of his help and for making the whole process so faultless. Geoff is the person I will always call for all of my financial matters and I look forward to working with Geoff again in the future.

Geoff was incredible throughout the entire process of purchasing our property. He was patient and his communication was always tailored to our understanding. No question was too small, he explained every aspect and more. The relationship wasn't just about locking in the loan, he was transparent about all options and checked in at every stage before and afterwards which was great for our knowledge and peace of mind. We'd been looking for a property through a very challenging period through COVID and onwards - thankfully Geoff made so much easier and got us a better deal than we could find elsewhere. We couldn't recommend Geoff enough for both first-home buyers and those more experienced with property.

Geoff was fantastic throughout our entire experience. He was committed to achieving the best results possible for us and his market knowledge was unmatched. Geoff was always contactable and available to answer any questions, which he did in an easy to understand manner. Geoff went above and beyond to offer knowledge and advice in numerous areas. We can’t thank you enough Geoff! Thank you for a seamless, transparent experience.

It was a pleasure to deal with Geoff from day 1. Geoff is very professional, knowledgeable and always available! He was a step ahead of other brokers we’ve dealt with and got us the best deal, which was delivered as promised. We highly recommend Geoff to anyone looking for a broker that does all due diligence and has a great turnaround!

Geoff was great in exploring all options for my refinance and purchase of properties, excellent knowledge of how to structure finances to best suit my situation. Also he is always available when required to seal the deal even after hours and weekend. Thanks mate!

Geoff helped us find the best option to refinance our existing home loan. He was extemely diligent and made sure we were across all parts of the process. More importantly, he was able to save us considerable $$ by negotiating a better rate!
